Bibimbap | Korean Rice Bowl

비빔밥 (pronounced: bee-beem-bahp) is one of the most well known Korean dishes. The term bibim means "mixing" and bap is cooked rice.

It is served as a bowl of warm white rice topped with an array of individually prepared vegetables and meat. served with a fried egg, and gochujang(Korean chili paste) on the side. Serves kimchi separately.
